DGA CBRN Defense:
The F.A.S.T. system was commissioned by French defense company DGA CBRN to test chemical and biological (CB) protective clothing and equipment.
This is a carbon composite mannequin with a heated surface and sweating. The mannequin is controlled by a computer and, when connected to its drive frame, can perform many different actions, including:
standing
Running (speed 2 -- 3 m/s)
Walking (speeds of 0.5m /s and 1m /s)
Be seated
On one's knees
shoot
Climb stairs
Moving between extreme positions
During running and walking, the mannequin's torso also contorts as the arms move back and forth. If a particular application requires additional movement, i-bodi can generate a driver framework within these limitations.
The heating zone of the mannequin can be individually controlled between 25°C and 36°C and consists of 11 zones:

The human body contains 62 individually controlled sweat points that are supplied with distilled water by a network of pumps. Each sweat spot can be configured to produce 1ml (±10%) per minute, giving the mannequin a total sweat rate of up to 3.7 liters per hour.
Since the mannequins are designed for chemical testing, the human body contains 60 passive sampler dosimeter ports. Dosimeters are also available.
The mannequin, drive frame and transport trolley (used to remove the mannequin from the frame) are constructed of a limited range of materials that are chemically hardened and 10% bleach resistant to rinsing.
